💼 Job Description:

As a Junior DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and validation of DFT techniques to improve the testability and yield of complex semiconductor chips. You’ll work with a talented team of engineers and get hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies used in VLSI design and testing.


🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand DFT architecture and support test insertion in digital designs
  • Perform scan chain insertion, ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation), and fault simulations
  • Work with RTL and gate-level netlists for testability enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for chip bring-up and debugging
  • Maintain documentation and support test verification activities

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech in ECE, EEE, or CSE
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers are welcome)
  • Skills Preferred:
    • Basic understanding of digital electronics and VLSI concepts
    • Exposure to DFT tools or VLSI coursework (added advantage)
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
