💼 Job Description:
As a Junior DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and validation of DFT techniques to improve the testability and yield of complex semiconductor chips. You’ll work with a talented team of engineers and get hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies used in VLSI design and testing.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Understand DFT architecture and support test insertion in digital designs
- Perform scan chain insertion, ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation), and fault simulations
- Work with RTL and gate-level netlists for testability enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for chip bring-up and debugging
- Maintain documentation and support test verification activities
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.E/B.Tech in ECE, EEE, or CSE
- Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers are welcome)
- Skills Preferred:
- Basic understanding of digital electronics and VLSI concepts
- Exposure to DFT tools or VLSI coursework (added advantage)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
