Interview Process

- Screening Round
This is the initial stage where we assess your profile, communication skills, and basic qualifications. It includes a quick face-to-face or telephonic interaction with our HR screening team. - Technical Round
In this round, we evaluate your domain knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Expect scenario-based questions, technical discussions, or practical tasks related to the position you’re applying for. - Operations Round
This round focuses on understanding how well you fit into the role operationally. Discussions may revolve around shift timings, project expectations, KPIs, and real-time case handling. - HR Round
The final round includes a discussion of compensation, employment terms, company policies, and future growth opportunities within CGS. It also helps us assess your cultural fit.
