Tips to Prepare an ATS-Friendly Resume :-
Getting your resume noticed by the Applicant Tracking System is super important if you want employers to actually see it. I’ll give some tips to help make your resume look good to the computer system if you’re applying to be a Data Scientist.
1. Keep it simple. Don’t use crazy fonts, tables, or anything too wild. Stick to basics like clear section headings (“Skills,” “Experience”).
2. Load up on keywords. Pull words right from the job description – Python, Machine Learning, whatever. Show you have the technical and people skills they want.
3. Use normal job titles. “Data Scientist” or “Analyst,” not “Future CEO.”
4. Put key info in the body text. No footers! Recruiters might not see em. Keep your name, address, LinkedIn front and center.
5. Save as a .docx or .pdf file. Make sure the pdf isn’t an image or anything weird. Give it a professional name too like “FirstName_LastName_Resume”.
6. Show you got the right background. Internships, projects, anything to prove you can handle a Data Science job. Numbers help – “improved model by 15%” tells em you get results.
7. Use bullet points, not paragraphs. Easier to scan.
8. Show off certifications and schoolin’. DataCamp, Coursera courses, a math/CS degree – make em shine! 9. Nix the images and logos. Recruiters tech can’t handle em.
10. List technical skills first. Python, R, SQL – they wanna see you have these specifically.
11. Check for typos! Sloppy resumes might get tossed by the robot gatekeepers.
12. Test it out first. Free online tools can scan your resume before you submit to catch issues.

– Walk them through how you think about fixing problems.

– Stay calm and confident. Work through problems slowly, even if you aren’t sure.
Don’ts:
– Don’t guess if you aren’t sure. Explain your thinking.
– Keep your answers simple and clear.
– Remember to talk about teamwork, communication, and problem fixing.
– Take your time to think before answering.
– Ask good questions to show you care about the job and team.
Eligibility / Qualification:-
- Be able to make stuff automatic and work smarter, not harder. Know Java or something like it super well.
- Understand how object oriented programming works. The ins and outs, you know?
- Know the basics about making user-friendly and high quality software.
- Be a pro at writing automated tests with Selenium and Java.
- It helps to know Jenkins and how all the pieces fit together.
- If you’ve used open source testing tools to check UIs or APIs, even better. Bonus points if you know testing frameworks.
- Be able to tackle issues as they pop up, go with the flow when things change, work on teams, and juggle multiple products.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills. And knowing how to work with others.
- If you’ve built test frameworks before for apps or websites, awesome! – Care a lot about your work and take ownership.
- Fix complicated tech issues. Help make systems faster and less likely to crash.
- Write how-to docs and guides that engineers and teammates can use.
- Show others the ropes and collaborate with experts across the company.
- A university degree in Computer Science or Engineering or something similar with lots of math.
- Proven leadership in engineering to make things run smoothly.
What You Do:-
- A strong LMTS or PMTS leads others to make good stuff happen. Be great at one or more things – kickbutt technical skills, slick automation, or know Salesforce inside-out.
- Should be able to handle messy or fuzzy projects. Understand everything their scrum team works on.
Go-to expert on quality and testing in their area across multiple teams. Know all the standard ways to make sure we build great software. Advise less experienced folks on testing methods for their work. - Push new ways to test and check quality in Salesforce.
- Loud voice for getting things done and following Scrum values. Gets teams to follow practices that result in high quality work. May suggest or help improve processes around quality in Scrum.
- Owns a product zone that spans multiple teams. Sets direction and guides the work of SMTS and more junior roles in their area. Works tight with management to make sure work aligns with business priorities and teams have the skills and people needed. Reps their product area to other teams and maybe external groups too.
- Keeps expanding their knowledge of Salesforce. Comfy using that know-how to discuss stuff in concept reviews, VAT talks, cross-team chats.
- Plots strategy and plans work for a technical focus area. Leads projects for the team – maybe even over multiple releases. Shows SMTS and junior roles the ropes on plotting and organizing work.
