Roles And Responsibilities:-

  • – Make sure we always have the right amount of stuff – supplies, spare parts, office goods – for all the work groups in our manufacturing plant.
  • – Buy those goods – supplies, critical spare parts, office things – using different computer systems like SAP.
  • – Create orders for stuff we need – get price quotes from suppliers, talk to them about technical stuff, figure out best supplier with my team, negotiate good deals.
  • – Turn those orders into actual purchase orders, stay on top of suppliers to deliver on time, develop good supplier relationships, handle any payment issues.
  • – Work on various projects related to inventory and buying.
  • – Create contracts, NDAs, setup new suppliers, track on-time delivery, generate reports and so on.
